Super easy and delicious carrot elixir. We're trying to extract out a chemical in the carrots and transform it with light heat to coat the intestinal lining to dislodge whatever. Recipe: Yeah so take 1 lb of carrots, shred them in a food processor to be slivers or chop so no piece is larger than a half inch thick. Take around 2 cups of water in a medium pot, put in a 1/2 tsp salt, add carrots, bring to a soft boil, cover, turn heat down to simmer the mix. Cook for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes or something. You can smash some of the carrots part-way through to make sure to extract the most remedy. If you were dying of dysentery then after the cooking you would smash and strain away all solids, for it is the fiber that the infection is living off of and moving around the gut. Technically you only want clear or semi-clear liquids with minimal sugar (free energy for infection).

Anyways, I do usually strain off the solids through a rough wire mesh not bothering if it's clear or not SAVING THE BROTH. The cooking juice is where the remedy is. Some of the water will have cooked away so add water to get the total back to around 2 cups.

Try to consume on an empty stomach, you want it to go right through you. Drink the contents over an 1 hr-1.5hr period dosing every 20 minutes. So mix up the elixir, pour off 1/3 a cup of it, drink slowly, set timer for 20m, repeat until done. You're trying to create a larger enough coating wall to dislodge anything holding onto your intestines.
